About Chileda

Chileda serves children and young adults, ages 6-21, from across the United States who have struggled to find success within other service and support models. Our program began in Steven’s Point, Wisconsin, in 1973. Since that time, Chileda has evolved into a nationally recognized and respected program for students with exceptional needs and exceptional potential.
Chileda is an accredited agency, maintaining the highest standards of accreditation through the Council on Quality and Leadership. Through the years, our staff has listened to students, parents, and other professionals to identify and implement evidence based strategies that show the most promise for unlocking student potential.

LaCrosse Chileda Classic Details

2010 La Crosse Chileda Classic
Online registration is now open for the 2010 La Crosse Chileda Classic 10K, 5K, and Kids Fun Run.
The event will be held Saturday July 3rd at Riverside Park in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This year will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the largest fundraising event for Chileda. New this year, cumulative prizes for pledges raised, round trip airfare for two for the top adult fundraiser, and many other new and exciting events!
